A spiced rum with a Caribbean heart and a Scottish soul.

We have partnered with a Scottish Rum Distillery to make a base white rum for us, we then re-distil the base twice through our own stills to refine the smoothness of the spirit and achieve the right level of molasses that we want.  

On the second distillation we add in our chosen spices of ginger, nutmeg, lime, mango, vanilla pods and toasted Sichuan pepper, amongst a few others, but as with everything we make here at Linlithgow Distillery, there is no added sugar.

I cannot comment on the taste as the rum was bought as presents. I can only say that Alison and Ross are lovely hardworking people who love what they do. I’ve tasted a few of their gins and loved them. I also like supporting local business.
